Charming terrace with views, Elegant dining experience, Impressive marble bathrooms
The Wi-Fi connection was absolutely dreadful, inconsistently dropping off when I needed it most!!! Also, navigating the stairs between lifts and rooms was an unexpected hassle, particularly if you're carrying luggage!!!

Perfect for a couple's retreat
The room was great , felt like a true oasis after long days exploring. Davina in the breakfast area was exceptional, always ready with coffee before we even asked.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly it was worth every penny.

Comfortable bed, clean room, with a large shower that provided plenty of hot water after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions within walking distance.
Everything was perfect.

Our stay at Santa Maria Novella, Wtb Hotels was fantastic! The room had a beautiful view of the piazza, and the marble bathroom was a nice touch. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city, and the breakfast spread was exquisite, fueling us for days of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, making our experience even more enjoyable.
The signage for the hotel entrance was a bit small, which made it hard to find at first.

Beautiful views from the balcony.
During our stay, we faced numerous issues that completely ruined our experience. The bed in our room was uncomfortably hard, making it impossible to get quality sleep. Additionally, there was an awful odor in the room, and when we reported missing a shoe, the staff dismissed our concerns. To top it off, the elevator was out of order, creating unnecessary hassle during our stay.

The location was incredibly convenient, just a
short walk from the train station and major attractions. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, but the noise from the street could be an issue for light sleepers.

Staying in a superior double room with a view was definitely a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk from key attractions like the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was consistently good, though it could use a bit more variety over a longer stay. However, the real standout was the breathtaking view from the terrace. watching the sunset with a glass of wine was a memorable experience.

The room offers stunning views of the piazza and features a beautifully appointed marble bathroom, which adds a touch of luxury. An impressive rooftop terrace provides breathtaking vistas of the city that truly enhance the experience.
Occasionally disruptive noises from nearby ambulance stations can interrupt sleep, especially during the night. Additionally, breakfast options lack variety, with the same spread served every day during a week-long stay, which may not meet expectations for a more diverse menu.

Best Family Spot in Florence!
We enjoyed a sweet 3-night stay in a spacious apartment just steps from the hotel. The view of Piazza Santa Maria Novella was beautiful! The spot was super cozy yet close to the action. A little noise at night, but nothing crazy. Breakfast at Forno Becagli was a must. those pastries were bomb!
